My Background and Training

I am a licensed psychotherapist with experience in a wide variety of settings. At Harvard University, I completed a fellowship where I provided individual, couples, and group psychotherapy to undergraduate and graduate students. There I developed a passion for working with college students and have made this a special focus in my private practice.

In addition to my experience at Harvard, I provided therapy at an Employee Assistance Program, at a therapy program for children with developmental disabilities, and at the Ann Arbor VA hospital as a staff therapist, providing individual and group psychotherapy to veterans in an intensive outpatient setting.

Prior to my career as a therapist, I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan, obtaining a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre Performance. I worked in New York City as a professional actress and because I understand the unique needs of individuals seeking success in these fields, I enjoy working with clients with creative backgrounds and careers.

I am a Licensed Master's Social Worker in the State of Michigan (License No. #6801091087) and obtained a Master's in Social Work degree from Boston College with highest honors.
